Product Standards

All of our frames and lenses meet stringent quality standards. It is uncommon to experience product failure. However, in the event that a frame or lens is defective it is important that it be replaced. We, along with our frame and lens manufacturers, believe in providing only the highest quality products. It is our personal goal to provide 100% satisfaction to every customer.

Should a product failure occur due to material defect or workmanship within 365 days of purchase, the manufacturer will replace your frame. A manufacturer defect is defined as: Material defects, solder point failure, nose pad post separating from the frame front, or a spring hinge failing. The same is true of lenses with anti-glare (anti-reflective) coating. In the event the coating scratches, crazes or peels – your lenses will be replaced within the one-year warranty period. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse to the frame or lenses. A frame or lens that is lost, run over by an automobile, stepped on, used as a chew toy by the family pet, etc. does not qualify for warranty replacement.
